Men alt gik godt! Barn iført sweater med næsen i Anders And. (Han glemte endda at spille iPad!)
The unshrinkable sweater, that I knit (and knit) got really well second time around.
It was mailed to the US with plenty of liquorice and Donald Duck magazines and I crossed my fingers for luck that it wouldn't get lost. Or get opened, loosing some of the content!
But all went well! I bet you that this photo was taken not even an hour after my nephew got home from school and saw the package. It's great, isn't it? Child dressed in sweater with his nose deep into a Donald Duck story. (He even forgot to play iPad!)
This is his mom trying to take a "serious" photo. Without luck. (We all agree that he behaves like a typical 9-year-old!)
He loves the sweater and concluded it's made from "elastic wool". Not far off. It grew well when washed!
Now I'm waiting here for a package going back. My Christmas present! It was mailed and never made it here. It really felt bad when it arrived back in Ann Arbor with a note telling that it had been lying in my post office! I was just never told..... Now it's coming again, and I can't wait!
I just received another photo of him. Oh, I'm really happy that it didn't just reach the destination, but fits him, and he even loves it!
