Yesterday, I had the very big pleasure of introducing little Miss T1 to the joys of Tivoli.
It is really great bringing a 14 months old girl to Tivoli, because at that age they don't know how to really beg for more yet, right? At least that is what I told an old friend I met in there.
The very same friend laughed, when she met us again by the cars we just tried. The sweet little girl was doing her best to cry and wanted to wait in the line again.......
While she took her nap, I walked around to find a good place to sit, and passed this bird's cage, where some sparrows had somehow sneaked in! Their outside friends were good at keeping in touch, apparently.
Then I sat knitting for almost an hours. Really relaxing and nice and great for the sock!
Later, we tried the merry-go-round. Also an instant hit! We watched the birds and she proved that she really turned into a professional ice cream eater. Actually she took out her pacifier as soon as she saw the ice cream, and cried when she didn't get some right away, while I found a bench in the sun.
It was a really, really nice and enjoyable day, and I think I will be able to borrow her again some other day......
After all, the entrance is free until she turns 8!
