I received an award, "Stylish blogger", from Malene. Thanks a million!
The rules are:
1) say thank you and put a link on your blog for the person who gave the award to you
2) share 8 things about yourself
3) give the award to 8 bloggers you recently discovered
4) contact those 8 persons and tell them about the award
De 8 ting:
1) Jeg strikker faktisk ikke hver dag. Ubegribeligt nok!
The 8 things about me:
1) Actually - I don't knit every single day. Unbelievable!
2) I knit 25 baby rompers from one pattern in the last 24 years. My cousin is to blame - I started knitting the first for her third child, and she loved it so much that I just kept on knitting.... By the way - romper No 24 was knit for the daughter of my cousin's son.
3) Reading articles is so much nicer if I knit. Otherwise my thoughts are flying and my fingers find the internet and my email and about 25 other actions of procrastination.
4) I don't believe one single word coming from the mouth of people claiming that reading articles is fun.....
5) I enjoy doing stuff on my own. Like going to the movies, to the theater, traveling, or just do nothing. Sometimes it is really, really nice after a day filled with people, but other times I just think I need to be a bit more into socializing....
6) Since my first visit to USA in 2002, I just love the country. I guess it is due to USA being cheaper, having an understandable language, feeling civilized and feeling like vacation, even when I attend congresses (which always equals time for knitting).
7) I don't have a drivers license and never intend to get one unless I really, really need it. Can't imagine what would cause that.
8) I am really fast at making up vital indications for buying yarn. Words that work well are "Sale", "Foreign country" (=>), "once-in-a-lifetime-chance" and "can't live without it"......
And now for the 8 new blogs. Well - that's easy! I met so many new people due to the Cuba-hats (that actually brought me the award), and the persons are:
1) Dorina (Ikke Cuba-huer. Men "ret" ny. Og så kender jeg hende i virkeligheden!) (Not due to hats. But "fairly" new. And besides - I know her in real life!)
2) Milla
3) Alis
4) Sabrina
5) Susanne
6) Tommelise
7) Elisabeth
8) Kirsten
Tusind tak for jeres interesse i projektet!
