Sidste dag på Bornholm / Last day on Bornholm
The weekend is over in a moment, and tonight we travel back to Copenhagen and the normal life tomorrow. First I'll join a few more workshops......
Going from the summer-house to the center of Allinge, I pass this fun house. Build for a political meeting this summer and (fortunately) not torn down, as was the plan. It looks beautiful with the light behind! There were some all-day workshops in there, among other, Norah Gaughan taught.
In order to leave something in the house, we tried to hunt down red, green and white yarn yesterday, in order to knit the flag of Northern Bornholm. We ended up in Gudhjem, at the shop "Hos Lene", where we found the perfect colors. In the back room, the walls were plain rock. How cool is that!
Most of the evening, we knitted the flag. We took turns knitting.
Hvorfor kommer jeg så sjældent til Bornholm?
As the boring one in the company, I went to bed early last night - again. (You know - just before midnight.)
That was fortunate, because I was able to keep my eyes open when I woke up early enough to see the sun rise! It was so pretty.
Why don't I visit Bornholm more often?
