Jul i Tivoli
Det er jo faktisk koldt, og som sædvanligt var der kul at varme sig ved. I de fineste, varme farver.
Thursday was my day off, and I made the most of it! (First I went to work a little bit. Never thought I would become a person like that!) The journey ended up in Tivoli. Christmas-Tivoli! It was so nice.
It's actually cold right now, and as usual, they had coal to warm people. In the nicest, warm colors.
Before I left, I succeeded in finding my free ride tickets for the roller-coaster. Which expired in May. Too bad!
The newly reconstructed, 100 year old roller coaster looks very pretty with the new (old) mountain top.
As usual, there were so many pretty lights. It wasn't very dark when I went, but it wasn't too crowded with people, which I liked very much. The lights were still visible.
Jeg var rundt at kigge over det hele og se mange af de små boder. Der er mange fine ting derinde.
Even the Chinese dragon had been lit!
I walked around looking at everything and looking at the small shops. They have a lot of pretty stuff.
The old merry-go-rounds were working as well. A few kids were on board, but it was anything than crowded.
I haven't seen the swans before. They were so pretty, and I do think I will go there again to see them in the dark.
This years surprise was - a supermarket-shop? I don't get it......
I brought home lovely caramels and a few glass ornaments for presents. They had so many weird ornaments and so many candidates for "ugliest of the year" that I really wished they had been easier and quicker to ship across the Atlantic in one piece!
