Angel touch scarf

I will begin by apologising for my poor abilities in writing an English pattern. With that settled - here we go!

Angel touch scarf – one-skein-scarf

Materials: 1 skein of Angel Touch Alpaca or other yarn with yardage of approximately 170 m in a 50 g skein.
Needles size 3 mm.

The scarf is made with different lace
and moss-stitch patterns. The first and
last 4 stitches always makes the
border.

Border:
On front of work: Slip 1st stitch
(knitwise or purlwise, just be
consistent), knit 1, purl 1, knit 1 –
work pattern on the next 29 stitches,
knit 1, purl 1, knit 2.
On back of work: Slip 1st stitch, purl 1, knit 1, purl 1 – work pattern on the next 29 stitches, purl 1, knit 1, purl 1, knit 1.

Pattern:
Cast on 5 stitches.
1st row (back of work): k 1, p 1, k 1, p 1, k 1.
2nd row (front of work): slip 1, k 1, make 1 purlwise, k 1, make 1 purlwise, k 2.

When garterstitch section has 29 stitches (a total of 37 stitches on needle), continue without anymore increases for 30 rows (15 ridges of garterstitch).
