En mindeværdig dag / A memorable day
The little white baby-sweater? Turned out, that the most dangerous thing for white sweaters isn't babies, but me. It did come out of the washer in this - ahem - interesting color! So much for thinking that the towels didn't bleed.
Fortunately, a little chlorine removed the damage, so it's not only white again, but also VERY thoroughly washed.......
It also turned out that it was a little girl hiding inside her mothers belly, and I'm now officially a great aunt! I'm really looking forward to seeing her. Unfortunately not until tomorrow, since visiting-hours collide with my work, and it will be a no-go today.
But I do have time for finding some girls-colors in my yarn-bag, so I can make a pink/purple hat for her to get tomorrow.
The socks from the tiny skeins are also done. Just the right size for me, and really great to wear. The colors are really not as golden as the photo showed. They took 90 grams of yarn.
