Først det her fine, hollandske garn i hvid og 2 blå farver. Nok til en børnesweater, og dejligt blødt.
Even though I only visited 3 yarn shops, I brought home some very good stuff.
First this nice, Dutch yarn in white and 2 blue shades. Enough for a children's sweater and really soft.
Det er utroligt smukt, og en eller anden gang tror jeg, det bliver til strømper til mig. Engang.
At "Stephen & Penelope", I bought this pretty skein of sock yarn in pink with a little yellow and green.
It is incredibly pretty, and at some point I think it will become socks for me. Sometime.
I actually bought a total of 3 pattern books in Dutch! The left one, with the Estonian mittens, is also in English, which helps. The one on the right is with the Dutch sweaters and has some really nice patterns with knit and purl.
Det store, smukke sjal med farvede får er virkelig hyggeligt, og jeg købte farveskiftegarnet som passede til. Selv om det såmænd bare er fra Sverige. Det er dejligt blødt.
The middle book is something as rare as Swedish inspired patterns by a Dutch designer!
The big, beautiful shawl with the colored sheep is really nice and cozy, and I bought the color-changing yarn that was used in the pattern. Even though it's just from Sweden. It's really soft.
Også selv om jeg ikke tænker, jeg har behov for at strikke knopper lige med det samme!
Apparently I haven't had enough Estonian nupps, because this book with new Estonian patterns came home with me as well.
Even if I truly believe that I won't have a need for making nupps right away!
At some point, I REALLY have to take out my sewing machine! They had so many pretty kinds of fabric, and some of it had to get home with me. For instance the puppies. I do believe that it would make a very pretty little dress!
Noget af det bliver en gave. Trods alt.
Jeg må indrømme, at min kuffert var godt fyldt på vej hjem, men det var dejligt at pakke den ud!
They also had fabric with Dutch tiles, and I also couldn't live without the pretty dolls or the rubber ducks. Isn't it pretty?
Some of it will be for a gift.
I have to admit that my suitcase was really stuffed going home, but it was so nice unpacking it!
