Bacon-skåle / Bacon-cups
Først bacon på forme. De blev bagt i ovnen til de var sprøde. Sådan næsten. (Man kan evt. også lave dem på bagsiden af en metal-muffin-form)
My bacon-forms have been used for the first time. This blog isn't often about food, but I have to share this gastronomic experience with you. In details.
First the bacon on the forms. They were put in the oven until crispy. Sort of. (You could also make them on the back-side of a muffin-pan.)
Then I added the stuffing. Mushrooms, sweet red pepper and onions and cheese on top. Then they were back in the oven until the cheese was nice and melted.
And then dinner was served with the salad. (The honor of the salad belongs to my niece who is visiting) It tasted really good! I'm so much going to try it again some other time.
