Udsigten er ikke super inspirerende i sådan en lufthavn!
Yesterday, I went to Basel in Switzerland for a conference. It was a pretty long and boring trip.... A few hours wait in Frankfurt, and I had planned to write a bit on my article, which I actually did! (I have an even longer wait going home, so the article will end up very good!)
The view is not very inspiring in an airport!
Basel is certainly not a bit city, and neither is the airport..... You start by meeting this sign; "Which country would you like to visit?" It can be a tough choice! But as my nephew pointed out, the sign underneath tells men and women to turn right. So that's what I did......
And then - I'm not kidding! - you could go to Germany as well! The airport is located in the corner between the 3 countries, which explains everything, but it was still really strange.
Then there was the name tag issue. It really IS weird suddenly to come from Sweden! I guess I'll get used to it eventually.
I brought no less than 4 projects for the next 2½ days. (Don't want to run out of knitting to do!)
All for me. The temperature blanket, my "Gadebillede" and 2 new summer tops. It will be interesting to see how far I get!
