Weekend here is from Friday to Saturday, and "Have a nice weekend" is "Shabbat shalom". Peaceful day of rest. A wonderful expression! Everything closes down, everybody is with the family, everybody is resting.
So yesterday, I hopped on a bus in Jerusalem and went north. The view on my way out of Jerusalem was Beautiful!
Meget eksotisk!
Close by Lake Geneserath is "The Danish House", which is a bible school, but there are no pupils right now. I heard a lot of good things about the place, and I know some of them who build it. They are here right now, and agreed for me to visit.
This is just beautiful! Orange trees, passion fruit and pomegranates. Very exotic!
Sandkassen var lidt anderledes (her bor 2 små drenge), men virkede vist fint nok.The sand box looked a bit different (2 Little boys live here), but I guess it works.
Sunsets behind palm trees are just my favorite!
Godt nok danskificeret, men alligevel.
For the first time, I took part in a sabbath meal. With a Danish interpretation, but still. It was very beautiful and incredibly nice!
Today, we are going to Nazareth, and then I'll get back in the afternoon. See you!
Sikke fine oplevelser du får.
