My sister is in Denmark! I was sitting in Sweden, following her flight on an app, and suddenly, she was in Denmark for the first time in almost 3 years. While I was NOT in Denmark!
Yesterday, we enjoyed spending the day together, and we really had a nice time.
We went on a free tour of the harbor. The harbor is always a nice place, although it was horrible this morning reading about the deadly accident last night!
The weather was amazing, and there were people everywhere.
The "Paper Island", a street food place, was completely filled with people, but fortunately we had lunch before it was so crowded. Lovely, Moroccan filled flatbread.
Afterwards, we walked all the way back to Frederiksberg, before eating dinner at a restaurant to celebrate her birthday and my becoming a specialist (hopefully, I'll get my diploma soon!).
I love having a sister, and it is great having her visiting - without the kids.
(But don't tell them!)
Det lyder helt igennem skønt. Og I må gerne nyde. Helt uden dårlig samvittighed.
