Dejlige dage / Wonderful days
I didn't stay in the US for very many days this time - I just arrived home, and it's really great getting home to a house, if you wondered!
But although it weren't too many days, I did get around doing quite a lot.
A lot of walks with sweet Bailey, who REALLY don't love puppies with all their yelping, jumping and biting!
(And no. I'm NOT having a dog. I'm still gagging every time I need to pick up the poop.)
I found time for a lovely visit to Meijer on my own, having time to look at everything I felt like looking at! For instance, I found this. If I want to be REALLY sure not to have deer in my fenced garden in a human-dense area.....
(Don't worry. I didn't buy it!)
I visited the yarn shop, Cherry Republic and Jo Ann's . Ann Arbor is such a nice city, and it felt really weird leaving and knowing that this was probably my very last trip to this place.
Next time I'll be visiting, the entire family will have moved to Philadelphia!
The most important thing about visiting was spending time with the family, and I had time for that. These 3 have grown so terribly big, but they are still nice kids.
Here, my youngest nephew is waiting for the school bus. I was leaving just 2 days before they started summer vacation, which was a bit stupid, but he had an extra day off to give us a bit of time, which was nice. My niece found some time for hanging out with me in the middle of studying for her finals, and their big brother joined my sister and me for lunch.
So now I can sit here, looking forward to tomorrow, when I will be going to a birthday party with yarn-dyeing.....
