Three years ago I went to Legoland with my sister's 2 oldest kids. It was a very wet trip, but really nice. We saw and tried lots of stuff.
This spring their younger brother realized that he was actually the ONLY kid at home, not having visited Legoland with me. Oh no!
Of course it was impossible to live with this situation, so months ago we planned a tour. Flying there and back the same day (using bonus-points). Yesterday was the big day, and we were very excited!
We were flying early, and here he is, very excited, waiting for the plane.
We didn't have too many hours, but still saw and tried quite a few things. For instance this dangerous lego-lion!
This time the weather was really nice, and the park had lots of visitors, leading to many lines. But it was still nice.
At one of the boat-trips, there was this chest filled with pacifiers. A treasure to some!
Very, very cute, but maybe more efficient if they had a growling pirate to stand guard, in case a child with withdrawal symptoms tried to get his/her pacifier back.......
Måske lidt kort, men dejlig.
Apart from watching my nephew having a drivers license (it was so fun! They drove around like maniacs. Never before have I considered how much fun it is to watch.), having lunch, putting out a fire, go on safari and shooting lego-figures, we also saw a little bit of mini-land. For instance Amalienborg, the queens castle. Really nice, since it isn't too many months since I went there watching the soldiers!
All in all, it was a lovely day. Maybe a bit short, but lovely. He would like to go again. Me too, but I guess it will be some time from now?
