Det var så fantastisk smukt. Programmet hed "Serenade" (Tschaikovsky), "The Four Temperaments" (Hindemith) og "Symphony in C" (Bizet).
Last night I went to the Opera. New York City Ballet was visiting, and since it's not long since I met someone who had been traveling with them, I had to go see them, right?
It was amazingly pretty. The program was "Serenade" (Tschaikovsky), "The Four Temperaments" (Hindemith) and "Symphony in C" (Bizet). I liked the first and last parts best. They were unbelievably beautiful. The middle one was a bit - - - different..... In the last dance, the costumes were decorated with Swarovski crystals, which added to the bling-effect, but looked very, very pretty.
The Queen was there - as you can clearly imagine from this photo! She was there with her sister, Princess Benedikte.
And I had a new vase! The content tasted really good.
When I left the Opera, unfortunately my bike was gone. The helmet had been taken off and lay on the ground (in some very bothersome way it was a nice gesture), but I had to take the bus home.
Really annoying! I don't want to go through all the finding-paper, report-stolen, buy-new-bike stuff and so on. On the other hand it's around 18 years since I had a bike stolen last time, so it's not really too bad. And I guess I'll manage my life walking and taking the bus for a few days.
