Som en tornado / Like a hurricane
My busy life continues! Some times, during the calm moments, it feels like being in the middle of a hurricane, and then I whirl on. Looking forward to vacation soon!
Wednesday was the culmination, when I had to take the train at 5 a.m.. (!) Oh yikes!
But also a bit fun. One of my colleagues who also lives in Denmark, usually takes an earlier train than me (although he COULD take a later train!), and just that day, I was the first to go!
We were going all the way to Jönköping, and it was very nice, actually. It's a long ride - but then I had time to finish my presentation.
Afterwards, I learned that Enda and Ända definitely ISN'T the same in Swedish! I was supposed to write "only" and then I wrote "buttocks". Sigh. But I guess they didn't sleep at that moment......
It was this week when I really couldn't leave work in time, and one evening, I even managed to see the evening entertainment for the kids. From above.
Men fedt alligevel!
This week also meant goodbye to this little hole, which I shared with a colleague, who now needs to sit there all the time. I'm moving to a real office, but it still feels kind of sad.
Oh well - and this was also the week when I was told I'll get a promotion. So far, I'm still having trouble understanding that I actually have a steady position and that nobody will tell me to leave when my job runs out, so all this promotion is something that feels utterly strange. But still great!
