Vi har brug for kage / We need cake
On the news last night I learned that Danish people are eating more cake in January than ever before. Because everybody is sitting at home, not being able to do anything. Cake just makes you life sweeter! So today's post is about cakes. Knitted cakes, you know. The pattern is this one, and these very cakes have no calories but on the other hand are filled with fibers. You can't ask for more.....

Sne i køkkenet / Snow in the kitchen
It's winter! And we had snow here in Denmark! Not a lot of snow, to be honest. What came by melted quite fast - at least here on Amager - and it let to the very strange sight of children riding their sleighs down-hill on frozen grass with just a hint of white. Some peopled had enough snow to make a snowman. But if you haven't got that much snow, then make your own snowman for the kitchen. The cute pot-holder is right here.

Over grænsen / Crossing the border
Since I started working in Sweden for a bit more than 5 years ago, there have been ups and downs in how difficult it is to cross the border. Back and forth. Right now it's annoying, but it's actually working. The next weeks will have to show what else the authorities might come up with. Well. Today's pattern is a Swede that rarely crosses the border. A moose!
