Rule Britannia!

I lørdags var der den sidste Promenadekoncert fra London. Jeg elsker den koncert! Da jeg var barn så jeg den med min far og elskede de kendte sange og alt det halløj der er i salen. Nu som voksen er "de kendte sange" noget nationalistisk pladder (for at sige det mildt), men jeg synger gerne med alligevel! Mine søskende har slet ikke samme forhold til denne her koncert, men først i lørdags gik det op for mig at jeg måske var det eneste barn derhjemme som gad se det med min far? Anyway. Lidt anglofil kan man vel være, så dagens opskrift er Union Jack som pude. 
 

This Saturday it was the Last Night at the Proms from London. I love that concert! When I was a kid I watched it with my dad and loved all the well-known songs and everything going on among the people in the concert hall. As an adult, the "well-known songs" are actually nationalistic rubbish (to put it lightly), but I still sing along! My siblings don't share my love for this concert, but only this Saturday did I realize that maybe I was the only child at home who actually liked to see it with my dad? Anyway. A bit of Anglophilia is okay, so today's pattern is for Union Jack as a pillow case.
