Enhjørninger / Unicorns
The last days of my week off were used for going to Aarhus, visiting family. And the new yarn shop that opened in Brabrand. It's called Genuina and is a really nice little shop with café, yarn and ceramics. Very cozy!
We got around looking at yarn and had coffee, and my niece really enjoyed an hour without kids. Looking at stuff is better without little kids!
I bought the 2 new baby knit booklets by Lene Holme Samsøe, as planned from home.
Furthermore, they had the prettiest, hand-dyed mohair, AND a knit model combining it with rose-colored yarn for a girl's sweater in unicorn-colors.
Udover garn nåede vi at hoppe trampolin, spise kaj-kager, spise pizza og gå på eventyr. Det var så hyggeligt!
So I bought a bit of that! It was approved directly by the girls (who are well-behaved).
Apart from the yarn, we jumped on the trampoline, ate frog-cakes, had pizza and were out on adventures. It was so nice!
So today I went hunting in my closets and found the yarn I knew was there. (I even found a lot of other skeins that shouldn't lie in the basement. I love yarn!) Pretty, rose wool, which is PERFECT for a unicorn sweater! Or two. Oh, it's so pretty.......
