This Monday was Down's syndrome day. For a simple reason. Down's syndrome is caused by 3 copies of chromosome 21, and this Monday was 3/21 (21st of March).
In Sweden, they celebrate it every year by "rocking the socks". It's very simple - you wear different socks on purpose to show that there should be room for all of us. I do like that tradition! So although I was cheating a little bit this year, since my pair of different socks actually belong together, I still celebrated. I do hope I will remember the day next year as well!
Er det æg og bacon strømper???
