Aarø

Ingen tur til Sønderjylland på camping uden at tage til Aarø! Det blev nøjagtigt samme tur som de andre år, og det var dejligt. Sådan en halv gang rundt om øen hvor man ender på vingården er bare slet ikke dårligt!

Solen skinnede og det var dejligt varmt, så udsigten her på diget var bare rigtig smuk!

All trips to Southern Jutland for camping includes a trip to Aarø! The exact same trip as the earlier years, and it was just lovely. About halfway around the island, ending on the winery is really not bad!

The sun was shining and it was lovely and warm, so the view from the dikes was really beautiful! 

Som altid kom vi forbi øens campingplads (hvor man kan tisse og købe is), og i år bød stedet så på nyklippede alpacaer. De har alle fået samme frisure!

As always, we passed the campsite of the island (where you can pee and buy ice cream), and this year, there were even newly cut alpacas. Everybody had the same haircut!

På vingården kunne jeg se, hvordan vinplanter skal stå når der er mange. Jeg kunne godt ønske mig at min plante efterhånden giver druer, men den får nok ikke nogle venner at stå sammen med. 

Et dejligt, koldt glas rosévin med udsigt over vandet og markerne afsluttede turen. Jeg kan sagtens tage den igen om et år. Men jeg må indrømme at jeg ikke har lyst til at BO på sådan en lille ø! Ville du gerne bo sammen med bare 154 andre mennesker på en ø?

For mig er Amager lidt mere passende i størrelsen......

At the winery, I got to see how wine plants should be planted when there are many. I really wish my plant will grow grapes in a while, but I doubt that it will ever get to stand there with friends. 

A nice, cold glass of rosé wine with a view of the sea and the fields was the end of the trip. I would gladly take it again in a year! But I must admit that I don't feel like LIVING on such a small island! Would you like to live with just 154 other people on an island? 

To me, Amager has a size that fits me better......
